Hilton Garden Inn expands in Apac with two new signings in Busan and Hyderabad
International reception giant Hilton has already revealed the signings of two new Hilton Garden Inn properties throughout Asia Pacific (Apac)– in Busan, South Korea, and Hyderabad, India– which are going to both open in 2028.
Noh Dae Hyun, chairman of MS&C Co, says, “By leveraging Gijang’s natural environments and local facilities, we aim to create a separated place that integrates hospitality, wellness and residential experiences.”
Hilton Garden Inn is the firm’s upscale brand that provides affordable lodgings with increased amenities. The brand has around 40 trading resorts in Apac.
The hotel is South Korea’s subsequent Hilton Garden Inn, with the first being a 208-key estate in Gangnam, Seoul, that started in 2021. Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang will contribute to the firm’s 11 trading and pipeline hotels in South Korea.
Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally is the city’s 3rd Hilton hotel, after the currently opened 115-key Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, and the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli. The last mentioned will come with 304 guestrooms and suites.
Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang will feature a all-day eating restaurant, coffee shop and lobby, health and fitness facility, swimming pool, health spa and sauna amenities. It is near local amenities including Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Lotte World Adventure Busan and Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets.
The 111-key lodging is going to be part of a larger mixed-use project, and is well-positioned to benefit from Busan’s developing profile as a leisure, wellness and health care tourist hub, states Hilton. The city is targetting to welcome 100,000 international clinical visitors yearly by 2030.
Situated within a mixed-use progression, the 96-room lodging consists of an all-day dining place with a bar, and more than 10,000 sq ft of meeting and activity area. The real property is close to Grade An office and retail shops, with accessibility to essential downtown over the Outer Ring Road, a 158km-long expressway circling Hyderabad.
In India, the firm has associate with Fairmont Group, a property firm based in the city, to introduce Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally. This is the label’s first hotel and resort in Hyderabad.
In the coastal country of Gijang in Busan, Hilton confirmed a franchise agreement with South Korean F&B manufacturing firm MS&C Co, to launch Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang.
